The purpose of this document is to dive into five different topics you will help them "Refresh" -- they will then create a plan of action on how they will refresh these aspects of their lives, leaving them with a concrete to-do list on how to better their lives.
I highly suggest using this as a One-Time Session, or a part of a program you may already have. It's up to you -- get creative as you wish!
But a One-Time Session could be a fantastic way to show people who are hesitant to hire a health coach or sign a multi-month program the power and difference a health coach can make -- just in one session.
