In this first module, you’ll help your clients get honest about the season they’re in and how their current days are really running—where energy is leaking, where basics like sleep, meals, movement, or stress support have slipped, and what “back on track” actually means right now. Together, you’ll map a simple 24-hour snapshot and choose one realistic daily anchor (morning or evening) to steady first, so they stop waiting for motivation and start building rhythm in a way their nervous system can actually trust.

 

🥗Module 2: Fuel With Real Food

In Module 2, your clients stop skipping meals and “winging it” and start eating in a way their body can count on. You’ll walk them through creating simple PFF plates (protein, fat, fiber), anchoring one predictable meal, and using a repeatable food rhythm to steady blood sugar, calm cravings, and smooth out those afternoon crashes. This module gives them realistic grocery resets and everyday meal ideas so repetition—not willpower—does the heavy lifting.

They’ll design a simple “Daily 3” set of micro-habits, each anchored to things they already do, so their walks, pauses, and protein intake start to happen with less friction—even on low-motivation, real-life days.

Here you’ll help clients spot their early stress cues and pair them with tiny, repeatable, body-based resets that fit inside their real day. They’ll leave with a simple “return rhythm” their nervous system can actually trust, so it’s easier to downshift out of fight/flight/freeze even on the messy, overloaded days.   

 
🥗Module 6: Noticing When You Are Numbing

Here you will connect emotional eating, numbing habits, and the nervous system’s need for relief. Clients will practice a simple 90-second pause and build a small menu of grounding rituals so they have something steadier to reach for than food, scrolling, or checking out when the day feels like too much.

Here you’ll help clients clear the “background clutter” in their space, schedule, and relationships so their days actually hold the habits they’ve built. Together, you’ll simplify daily environment, audit draining inputs, and refresh their weekly flow so follow-through feels supported by their systems—not squeezed in by willpower.

Here you’ll help clients look back on what actually worked over the past weeks, name their true non-negotiables, and sort them into a simple 30/60/90-day rhythm. They’ll create a light-lift plan and personal “manifesto” they can return to on hard days, so staying on track feels supported by structure—not willpower.

That's completely up to you and there are seven thousand reasons why I can't answer that for you - most of them being there are so many variables I don't know! Have you made money yet, like even a dollar? Or are you a six figure coach?
