FAQs:

✨ Are the recipes vegan/paleo/vegetarian/insert any other eating plan ;) ?

No, they aren't a part of any diet plan - that's the point! The recipes include protein options (animal and non), complex carbohydrates, healthy fats and fruits and veggies. The program teaches your client how to create balanced meals based on what they like.

 

✨ How should I run this?

As a 30-day group coaching program. If you have other ideas, great! But that's how it's set up and how I suggest running it :) 

 

✨ What do I charge?

That's completely up to you and there are seven thousand reasons why I can't answer that for you - most of them being there are so many variables I don't know! Have you made money yet, like even a dollar? Or are you a six figure coach? There isn't a blanket answer to this question because coaches are all throughout the spectrum of this -- so my final advice is pick a number that FEELS GOOD and that you feel confident in - and raise it next time, if you choose.
